Please note: After receiving due consent for using Before & After, we will be sending your free pack to your nominated address. If for any reasons, the pack doesn’t get delivered, Slimoz tea will not be liable to resend this pack.
Congratulations on your purchase with Slimoz Tea.
- Proof of purchase with Slimoz Tea (Your confirmation email) is a must.
- Ensure the area of your body is same to convey your changes for comparison.
- Photo must be a full body shot, inclusive of face. (We can crop your face out of the photo).
- A short description or feedback of your success journey with Slimoz tea along with your photo is necessary. Please do not send and inappropriate or offensive attire photos as the intent is to motivate other prospective users to gain from the entire program.
- Sharing your before and after photos with Slimoz, you are agreeing that Slimoz can sue the same for their various promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not consent to your before and after image being used do not send it in.
- If you wish to remain anonymous, please let our team know and we will crop distinguishing features before publishing the photo.
As a small token of appreciation from Slimoz for sending in your images, the respective customers will receive a thank you gift.

We take pride in announcing that all our products are made in Australia from the highest quality of herbs & extracts. Our Refund policy is a testimonial to our commitment of goal of helping people manage their weight and imbibe a healthy positive lifestyle.

Our Refund Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
Change of mind
- We do not provide refunds if you have simply changed your mind. Under exceptional circumstances, we can treat some cases separately on a case to case basis given a very reasonable satisfactory explanation. Further, the merchandise must be:
- in saleable condition;
- unused with all original packaging;
- returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable);
- not subject to the exclusions listed below; and
- the exchange or refund is sought within 14 days of purchase.
- Slimoz, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.
- If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
- If there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will replace the item within a reasonable time.
- Slimoz will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a solution under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Refunds will be given using your original payment method
Gift or bonus with purchase and bundled items
- Where product is purchased with a gift or bonus, the gift or bonus must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus.
- In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.
- Where items in the bundle cannot be returned (such as the Detox Programs) you will only receive a refund on the value of the product as per this policy and at the discretion of Slimoz.
Privacy when making a return
- We understand our responsibilities and are committed to protect your privacy.
- Information collected when returning product will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may be used for fraud protection activities and for the purpose of Slimoz research and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.
- If products are on sale they will not be refunded.

Time taken for Refund
All refund requests are verified by our internal department and after due approval from the respective department, our accounts section will process within 7 business days.
*Please note that your financial institution/ PayPal can take extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
If your funds are not in your nominated bank account within this time, please contact us at email@example.com and we will work to help you as soon as possible.
You will be refunded the same way you paid. If you paid via:
- Credit card or PayPal: Your refund will be credited to the same account your payment came from.
